Watermelon Cookies from Making Memories

I was so thrilled when reader Erin (who also writes the blog Making Memories...One Fun Thing After Another) wrote to me to share her sweet and whimsical Watermelon Cookies recipe. These cookies are definitely a sure fire way to get the upcoming summer season started. I can see myself on a picnic blanket at the beach with my family already!!
